SUBSTANCE: method involves placing individual bristles or grouped bristles on holder in predetermined position so as to form desired block of bristles. At predetermined arrangement of bristles or in case bristles are used as part of secured block of brushes, outer surface of at least part of bristles is structured by contactless method using laser radiation.
EFFECT: improved quality of tooth cleaning owing to additional scraping and scratching action.
