FIELD: medicine, cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: one should perform daily monitoring for arterial pressure (AP), calculate average values of systolic AP (SAP), diastolic AP (DAP), pulse AP (PAP) and average AP (AvAP) during 3-h-long intervals, compare average values in the nearest time intervals, evaluate either the decrease of the increase of a value in points, its minimal or maximal values, calculate Y value according to original mathematical formula. According Y value one should diagnose symptomatic arterial hypertension either of adrenal or another genesis. The method enables to carry out noninvasive differential diagnostics of symptomatic arterial hypertension.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of differential diagnostics.
