The second layer comprises polybutene of molecular mass about from 300 to 3000 Da and active agent that inhibits or prevents gingivitis, caries, teeth coloring, deposition of fungi, microorganisms and deposit in mouth cavity by using delivery system. After removing a band from teeth no occurring deposition of unfavorable gluing sediment or stratifying composition on teeth and mouth cavity mucosa.
EFFECT: improved and valuable delivery system.
