FIELD: fire-fighting, particularly for making aqueous fire-extinguishing foam of determined concentration immediately before supplying thereof to fire-extinguishing system installed inside tank with oil or oil products, in oil-pumping station rooms, in airplane sheds and so on.

SUBSTANCE: device has tank for foaming agent with membrane arranged inside the tank and used to separate foaming agent from water supplied to tank during fire-extinguishing. Device also has mixing means made as a vessel with inlet orifice for water, outlet orifice for aqueous solution discharge and having water proportioner installed inside the vessel. Device comprises water line to supply water to tank connected to mixing means upstream of water proportioner and foaming agent line to move foaming agent displaced with water and connected to mixing means downstream of the water proportioner. Foaming agent line has gauging diaphragm for foaming agent. Gauging diaphragm orifice has diameter df defined as df=(0.18-0.2)dw, where dw is water proportioner diameter to obtain 3% foaming agent concentration in water, and as df=(0.31-0.33)dw to obtain 6% foaming agent concentration in water.

EFFECT: extended range of aqueous foam flow rate change.
