METHOD OF COMPOSITE CONTROL OF BOILERS IN BOILER ROOM Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2258182 C2

FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control operation of boilers in boiler room by changing gas-air ratio in boiler burners. According to proposed method, all boilers of boiler room are grouped according to two types of arrangement: first one-multiple discrete controlled arrangement according to number of boilers, and second one - single boiler arrangement with stepless control from Pmin to Pmax=2Pmin owing to change of gas-air ratio. Power set by central power station is divided by Pmax, whole number is taken from result and compared with number of boilers set into operation and number of said boilers is changed eliminate difference by cutting in or cutting out (n-k) boiler in boiler room, whole number, thus obtained, is multiplied by Pmax, result of multiplication is extracted from power value set by central power station and. If power obtained at subtraction exceeds Pmin, power of second single boiler arrangement with stepless control is smoothly adjusted within Pmin and Pmax to eliminate appeared difference periodically repeating above-indicated composite control operations in indicated sequence.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of automatic control at reduction of cost of automatic control devices, increased service life and reliability of automatic control systems.
