SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering. Boiler unit combustion control system for combustion of solid fuel in fluidised bed consists of programmable controller (1) with regulator control units, to which are connected by cables sensors and actuating mechanisms, which are installed on boiler (2) for combustion of solid fuel in the fluidised bed with burner (3) of liquid fuel. On boiler unit (2) of high-temperature fluidised bed there are actuators with electric drives and frequency-controlled drives (4, 5, 6, 7, 8), gas analyzer (9), fluidised bed temperature sensors (10), water temperature and pressure at inlet sensors (11, 12) and outlet sensors (13, 14) from boiler (2), actuators (15) for controlling fuel supply, controlling gates (17, 18, 19, 20, 30) of incoming air mixture with channels for zoned regulation of primary, secondary air blasting, rarefaction, removal of slag and ash with sensors-control and safety devices, frequency-controlled drives of fan (16), smoke sucker (33), fuel feeder (36), movable grating (37) for slag and ash removal. Burner (3) of liquid fuel is installed on side of furnace of boiler unit (2) and is arranged as three-mode, the first combustion mode – for ignition of boiler unit (2), the second combustion mode – for maintaining stable thermal power, the third combustion mode – when liquid fuel is used as the main standby one. Burner (3) of liquid fuel supply pump is equipped with motor with variable-frequency drive (8), which is connected to appropriate controller of programmable controller (1) control unit via cable.

EFFECT: higher automation level of the boiler unit and increased safety of operation in various modes and in emergency situations.
