FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: one should isolate pure cultures of Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis out of perifocal area to detect their antilysozyme activity. At its values being below 4.5 ± 0.5 mcg/ml one should predict acute flow of pyoderma, at its value being above 6 ± 0.5 mcg/ml - chronic flow. The method suggested enables to detect therapeutic strategy in case of pustulous skin diseases.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.
