FIELD: forest industry, in particular, target distribution of forests and forestation.

SUBSTANCE: method involves distribution of forest or forestation wherein forest growing is provided on lands earlier not adapted or being impractical for growing of forest plants; effectuating complex of practices differentiated in accordance with concrete conditions of objects, in particular, forestation plots, said practices ranging between cooperation and employment of various combinations of natural and artificial forest distribution. General complex of practices, according to conditions and objects of forest distribution, includes staged accomplishment of following steps: elementary or partial (on individual portions of plot) technical recultivation providing conversion of impractical land into land suitable for growing of forest crops and natural forest regeneration; providing care for seed trees or mother trees for vegetative multiplication in border strip of forest adjoining to forest spreading portion; keeping mother (seed, vegetative multiplication) trees in border strips of forest during cutting and other procedures; cooperating in forming of favorable on-soil and soil conditions for settling of propagating forest-forming plants by suppressing undesired competing plantation, for which purpose mellowing or other soil tillage procedure is performed or other required practices are effectuated; assisting in keeping and growing of emerging plants by protecting them from trampling down and eating by animals, removing competing plants and like practices; repeating previous practices in case of insufficient amount of target plants produced.

EFFECT: reduced costs of forestation practices, provision for accomplishment of above method under complicated ecological, economic conditions wherein artificial forestation is connected with great expenses unavailable for forestation executers.
