FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding food products. Food products cutting device comprises body, cover, n loading containers fixed on cover, where n = 1,2…, and a pair of stops repeating the shape of the loading container arranged under each loading container respectively and installed perpendicular to the axis of the drive shaft, connected to the electric motor, located on the platform, on which n receiving receptacles are also located, wherein the drive shaft is fixed by one end in the cover, by the other end – on the platform, and on the drive shaft perpendicular to its axis there fixed is a blade of a single knife and blades unit webs. Single knife web is made in the form of a disc sector formed by a recess in the disc, wherein the cutting edge of the single knife has a concave shape, on the end of the single knife in the centre of the disc a flange is made, and the opposite end face is made integral with the arc-shaped bridge formed by the same recess, under the single knife fabric the first holding disc is installed on the same drive shaft as the knife at the distance equal to the specified thickness of the cut food product. Stops, the shape of which repeats the shape of the loading container, are installed with a gap for passage of a single knife, in the first retaining disc there is a cut, which repeats the shape of the blade of a single knife. Knife blades in the block are made similar to the shape of a single knife with displacement of cutting edges of knives in the block along circumference towards the axis of the drive shaft relative to edges of knives of previous disks located higher at a distance less than the specified thickness of the cut product, and on the rack in parallel to blade blades and between them there are flat stops, one more than the number of disks in the block, under the first holding disc between it and the knives unit there are n bins, inside each of which there is a drum with blades and a conveyor so that a straight line passing through axes of rotation of the conveyor shaft and an axis of rotation of the roller of the conveyor passes at a specified angle to the axis of the drive shaft. Under blade block there is a second retaining disc with cutouts, above which blade blades are arranged respectively. Flat thrusts are arranged under each hopper between blades of knife block, as well as between last blade in knife block and second retaining disc. Under the second retaining disc there are n groups of knives with straight cutting edges facing the holding disc, knives with straight cutting edges are fixed at a distance equal to the specified size of the cut product, in the supports and in the lugs on the platform under flat thrusts, wherein blade blades with straight cutting edges are arranged in planes perpendicular to flat stops and are installed at an angle to axis of drive shaft. One end of pusher is fixed in lugs, and on second end of pusher there is a first lever interacting with drive levers, number of which is equal to m number of cutting edges of knives in unit, pusher is made in form of a comb, between teeth of which knives with rectilinear cutting edges pass, drive levers are fixed in holder installed on drive shaft, return spring is fixed on angle and pusher. Lugs, posts and angle are installed on platform, on which receiving containers are arranged under blades with rectilinear cutting edges.
EFFECT: higher quality, elimination of jamming of knife, reduced dimensions.
