FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing industry and may be used in cannery manufacture for cutting peeled cucurbits crops fruit pulp. The machine contains a frame, a drive, a feed bin, a cutting unit, a pressure-exerting accessory, a transporter for withdrawal of the product bits. The machine is equipped with a feeding transporter with retainer bars, a needled roll, a tray, a gutter. The cutting unit is represented by a hollow cutting drum in the form of a blade grate. The gutter for bits withdrawal is mounted inside the drum. The pressure-exerting accessory is designed in the form of a smooth cylindrical support roll. Rotation axes of the support roll, the cutting drum, the needled roll are designed to be parallel. The surface of the support roll is designed to be rubber-coated while the needled roll needles are designed to be elastic. The feeding transporter, the support and the needled rolls are connected via a synchronising transmission and have the same rotation direction opposite to that of the cutting drum. The drive of all the rotating parts is electrically operated with frequency converters for stepless rate adjustment.

EFFECT: invention application will allow to increase quality of cutting peeled fruit cucurbits crops pulp.
