SUBSTANCE: while performing nontypical endoscopic papillotomy one should dissect the top of large duodenal papilla ampoule in the center at "cutting" mode for the whole length against transitional fold to its mouth: mucous, submucous, muscular layers. The method enables to perform accurate visual control during interference, exclude complications associated with papillotome's shift.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
