SUBSTANCE: invention provides possibility of implantation into cervical, thoracic or rear to guarantee effective fixing of bones before and after knitting and removing of implants after knitting of bones. Proposed intersomatic box for immobilizing spine is made in form of parallelepiped with control hollow space designed for filling up with fragments of bode and means of fastening, mainly S-shaped, getting to sides for connection with adjoining vertebrae and set into motion by at least one device with output to front side. Means of fastening mentioned above are provided, each, with one main pointed stop.
EFFECT: enhanced immobilizing of spine.
