FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A spinal stabilisation implant attached to posterior osseous structures of two adjacent vertebrae comprises at least one first clamping plate attached to the posterior osseous structure of the first one of said vertebrae, at least one second clamping plate attached to the posterior osseous structure of the second one of said vertebrae, and an elastic element extending between said first and second clamping plates for facilitating elastic relative motion between said clamping plates. Said first and second clamping plates contain at least one fastening element notch comprising the fastening elements for coupling with said osseous structures of said vertebrae. A kit of the spinal stabilisation implant attached to the posterior osseous structures of two adjacent vertebrae contains at least one first clamping plate attached to the posterior osseous structure of the first one of said vertebrae, at least one second clamping plate attached to the posterior osseous structure of the second one of said vertebrae, at least one fastener for fixing the first and second said clamping plates to the relative osseous structures and at least one elastic element for elastic connection of said first and second clamping plates for facilitating their relative motion.
EFFECT: inventions are suitable for ligament repair of facet joints and enables resistance to intervertebral motion, eg flexion.
