FIELD: ice breaking technique; methods of breaking ice blockage in rivers.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes excitation of flexural gravitational waves of maximum amplitude by creating load on ice with waste gases of turbines with swivel blades when vertical takeoff and landing aircraft flies at resonance speed and minimum altitude above ice blockage along its free edge.
EFFECT: avoidance of flood in rivers.
