FIELD: mechanical engineering; tower cranes.
SUBSTANCE: according to invention, front and rear parts of boom holding system of tower crane clewing part are made in form of separate parts front one consisting of two posts meeting in upper part, rigidly connected to each other and furnished with plates engaging with clamps provided on rear end of boom base and also with twin lugs provided on slewing support, and boom holding system rear part consisting of two meeting posts. Front and rear parts of boom holding system are furnished with shaped plate on corresponding tops and forked plate for connecting both parts by pins. Base of boom holding system rear part, front end of counterweight cantilever and slewing support of tower are interconnected along one and the same axis of pin joint. Base of front part of boom holding system, rear end of boom and slewing support of tower are interconnected also along one and the same axis of pin joint. In process of mounting, construction formed by counterweight cantilever, its one or several tie-rods and rear part of boom holding system is assembled on the ground. Other construction formed by boom, its one or several tie-rods and front part of boom holding system is also assembled on the ground. Then assembled constructions are lifted by means of lifting set and further assembling is carried out.
EFFECT: increased speed of assembling of tower crane slewing part.
