FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tower cranes made means of their mounting and demounting. Proposed tower crane includes 1 with head 2 furnished with platform for erector, boom 3, counterweight cantilever 4, mounting members 5, 7 and guys 8, 6 of boom and counterweight cantilever made of hinge-connected intermediate links 17, 27 and extreme links 18, 22. Extreme links 18, 22 of guys located close to head 2 are made for mounting with inclination towards crane head, when mounting crane, with resting on posts 20, 24 with cradles 19, 23 secured on boom and counterweight cantilever. End on one of intermediate links 27 of guy connected with extreme link 22 of guy is provided with turn limiter 28 of shackles 21 in vertical longitudinal plane of crane (Figs 13, 14). Said turn limiter 28 is made of plate rigidly secured on end of intermediate link 27 and arranged on upper part of intermediate link 27 for interaction with shackles 21 at their turning around pins 10 connecting shackles 21 with end of intermediate link of guy 27. Each mounting member 5, 7 is hinge-secured on its lower end with additional mounting member 11, 12. Additional mounting members 11, 12. Additional mounting members 11, 12 are made in form of pair of plates turnable relative to each other around pin 10 by means of which plates are connected with main mounting member 5, 7 and to each other. Additional mounting members 11, 12 are freely fitted on pin 10 for mounting in vertical position. Lower end of each additional mounting member 11, 12 is located over erector platform 13 out of the limits of upper part of head 2 so that main mounting members 5, 7 and additional mounting members 11, 12 in premounting position are arranged to form -like contour over erector platform 13. Method of mounting of tower crane comes to installation of tower 1 in vertical position, lifting of pre-assembled counterweight cantilever 4 and boom 3 in preset sequence and connecting them with tower head 2 in the air by means of hinges, guys and mounting members. Prior to lifting counterweight cantilever 4 and boom 3, intermediate links 27, 17 of guys of counterweight cantilever 4 and boom 3 are secured in mounting positions, and extreme links 22, 18 of guys close to head are fixed by means of mounting posts 24, 20 secured on counterweight cantilever 4 and boom 3 in inclined positions towards head 2. Peculiarity of method is connecting of each extreme link 18, 22 of guy of boom 3 or counterweight cantilever 4 with head 2 with mounting member 5, 7 fixed in mounting position relative to head 2 and extreme link 18, 22 of guy fixed relative to boom 3 or counterweight cantilever 4 by means of additional mounting member 11, 12 hinge-connected by one end with main mounting member 5, 7. For this purpose additional mounting member 11, 12 is turned in vertical plane relative to fixed main mounting member 5, 7 until hole of eye of extreme link 18, 22 of guy registers with hole of eye of additional mounting member 11, 12. EFFECT: increased convenience, reduced labor input in mounting of tower. 3 cl, 20 dwg
