SUBSTANCE: method for preparing organic fertilizer involves processing manure by separation of the parent raw from inert impurities and the following dispersing an organic component. Before dispersing water is added to organic component up to preparing an aqueous-manure mixture wherein the content of organic component is 15-80%. Dispersing is carried out of organic component by the circulation process in closed contour for 15-240 min, frequency of hydroimpact effect on mixture from 400 to 2500 Hz at temperature from 20°C to 97°C. Then turf as an organic additive is added to aqueous-manure mixture in the amount 1-65% of organic component of manure and after processing the prepared mass is cooled to 35-37°C and used as substrate for culturing microorganisms. Before 1-20 min of the process termination mineral fertilizers and/or trace elements, and/or powdered dolomite is added to aqueous-manure mixture. Fresh manure with storage time 1 month, not above, is used for processing. Invention provides accelerating process in processing of animal waste, enhancing quality of preparing fertilizer and to expand assortment of fertilizers. Invention can be used in preparing organic fertilizers from animal waste for utilization waste and preparing highly effective fertilizer.
