FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; methods of anti-flake treatment of rolling products out of steel alloy.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to methods of anti-flake treatment of rolling products out of steel alloy. The method of anti-flake treatment of rolling products out of steel alloy provides that the billets loading in a furnace is conducted at the temperature of 650-700°C, the billets in the furnace are heated up to the temperatures of 830-850°C, kept within 8-10 hours and further cooled in piles down to the temperature of not above 200°C. The technical result of the invention is improved quality and decreased duration of anti-flake treatment.
EFFECT: the invention ensures improved quality and decreased duration of anti-flake treatment.
