FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method providing complete and reliable removal of hydrogen out of rolled piece of susceptible to flocculation kinds of steel and accelerated hydrogen removal process, comprises steps of cooling rolled piece beginning from temperature of termination of hot deformation; isothermal soaking in heated boxes and further cooling piled pieces in air. Cooling from termination of hot deformation process is realized till temperature 400 - 450°C. Soaking in such temperature is performed for 1 - 1.5 h. Rolled pieces are heated in heated boxes till temperature 600-650°C. Isothermal soaking at such temperature is realized for 5 - 10 h while time period of soaking is determined depending upon susceptibility of steel to flocculation according to calculation for 3 - 5 h per each 100 mm of rolled piece cross section and then piled rolled pieces are further cooled in air till temperature 200°C.
EFFECT: improved reliability of accelerated removal of hydrogen out of rolled pieces of steel kinds susceptible to flocculation.
