SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multi-party intercom system. Disclosed is a system for IP video intercom broadcast of an image from surveillance cameras, which provides the possibility of translating an image from IP video cameras to a user IP video panel in a subscriber's apartment. Subscriber IP video panel is configured to receive an electrical signal from a standard intercom network located in the apartment of the called subscriber. Electric signal from standard intercom network is signal only for activation of video image from IP video camera in presence of electric signal of certain polarity and value from at least one call button of standard intercom system installed outside flat of called subscriber. Broadcasting of video stream from IP video camera to subscriber IP video panel is carried out using Wi-Fi network installed in apartment of subscriber.
EFFECT: providing stable and reliable IP video intercom broadcasting of an image from surveillance cameras on the basis of a standard intercom communication system, in which there are no functions of translating a video image by a calling panel and reproduction of this video image by a subscriber device.
