FIELD: confectionary industry, in particular sweet-stuff production.
SUBSTANCE: claimed milky sweet-stuffs in one embodiment represent pressed sweet-stuffs containing dry milk, lactose, food-grade colorant, and flavoring and are enriched with microorganism complex (e.g., eubiotics). In another embodiment formulation additionally contains mineral substances. In the first embodiment formulation additionally contains lactose, food-grade colorant, flavoring and bioactive component. As bioactive component sweet-stuffs include acidophilic bacteria or bifidus bacteria, or lactic-acid bacteria in microcapsulated form in predetermined amount. In the second embodiment milky sweet-stuffs contain dry milk, lactose, food-grade colorant, flavoring, ascorbic acid, and at least one mineral substance in specific ratio.
EFFECT: target product with improved quality; simplified production process with decreased labor and energy consumption.
