SUBSTANCE: method involves making access at the level of intervertebral disk through interspinal spaces using posterior intralaminary access method. Microconvex phased electronic transducer is applied for carrying out cardiologic examination in horizontal plane in scanning space between spinal and articular processes in sitting position with patient trunk being bent forward to maximum degree.
EFFECT: high diagnosis accuracy.
