FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming conjunctival and superficial scleral flap. Deep sclera and ciliary body layers are cut. Micro fistula is formed in posterior eye chamber in flat ciliary body part projection. Hydrogel drainage is set in orbicular region of the posterior eye chamber.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of accumulated intraocular fluid discharge; reduced intraocular pressure.
