SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field refractory glaucoma of medicine, namely to ophthalmology and is intended for surgical treatment of refractory glaucoma at terminal stage. Superficial scleral flap is cut out with its base to limbus in projection of flat part of ciliary body. Excision of deep layers of sclera is performed. Ciliary body is perforated. Vitrectomy is performed through perforation hole with formation in vitreous body of cone-shaped canal to postcentral layers of vitreous body with apex in projection of sclera flap and base, facing retrohyaloid space. After that, scleral flap is loosely fixed on its previous place.

EFFECT: method ensures stable long-term drainage of vitreous cavity resulting in reduction of intraocular pressure with stable relief of pain syndrome.
