FIELD: manufacture of rotary mechanisms, vertical rotary mechanisms with self-balancing working members in particular.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary mechanism has working member, shaped base, working member unbalance correction mechanism, unit for transmission of torque from shaped base to working member and drive with rigid shaft which is connected with shaped base. Working member is connected with shaped base by means of flexible members; working member unbalance correction mechanism consists of correcting mass made from solid body in form of ring and flexible members connecting the correcting mass with working member; these flexible members are engageable with shaped base; unit for transmission of torque from shaped base to working member is made in form of flexible mechanical transmission consisting of three shafts interconnected for intersection of axes; one shaft is telescopic; points of connection of flexible members of working member unbalance correction unit are located closer to axis of rotation of rotor as compared with points of their engagement with shaped base.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of rotary mechanism.
