FIELD: machine engineering, namely self-balancing rotor mechanisms with vertical rotation axis of rotor and gas-static bearing unit.
SUBSTANCE: rotor mechanism includes working organs, gas-static bearing unit with carrying surfaces having mutually corresponding shapes. Pivot of said bearing unit and working organ form rotor whose step bearing has opening for supplying gaseous working fluid to carrying surfaces. Apparatus also includes shaped framework arranged between working organ and pivot and joined with them through flexible members; unit for correcting unbalance of working organ and unit for correcting pivot unbalance. Each correcting unit includes correcting weight and flexible members that join correcting weight with working organ and pivot respectively and engaging with shaped framework. Joining places of flexible members of units for correcting unbalance of working organ and pivot respectively with working organ and with pivot are arranged nearer to rotor rotation axis than places of their engagement with shaped framework. Apparatus also includes system for supplying gas connected with opening of step bearing and drive unit with flexible mechanical transmission for imparting torque for electric motor to pivot, from pivot to shaped framework and from shaped framework to working organ. Each flexible transmission has three shafts successively joined with possibility of crossing their axes; one of said shaft is telescopic. Correcting weight of units for correcting unbalance of working organ and pivot is in the form of several weights mutually joined as ring through elastic members.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of self-balancing working organ and pivot due to displacing correcting weight arranged at opposite sides relative to unbalance vector of working organ and pivot by distance exceeding that of displacing working organ and pivot respectively.
