FIELD: mechanical engineering; bridge cranes for arch buildings.
SUBSTANCE: proposed overhead-track hoist contains crane track, curvilinear bridge rigidly secured on trolleys whose profile follows profile of arch building, load trolley installed on bridge guide with suspended load hoisting mechanism, and load trolley travel-motion mechanism. Bridge is made in form of H-beam. Planer-bushed chain is arranged on upper web of beam and secured on its ends for moving trolley along the chain. Trolley is furnished with reduction gear drive with sprocket and brake. Upper web of H-beam is provided at edges with vertical beads between which planar-bushed chain is placed. Projecting parts of chain pins are freely fitted in slots of beads arranged radially along entire length of beam.
EFFECT: simplified design of trolley travel-motion mechanism.
