FIELD: railway and crane-way structures with intensive movement of vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: propose rail-and-beam unit parallel rail tracks has elliptical-section crane beams with vertically orientated larger axis, arch-profile three-head rails of elliptical section from top and bottom following by foot elliptical profile of crane beam section and connected with beam by rivets with closing core in each one. Two rail-and- beam structures of adjacent shops of building parallel to each other are joined into rail-and-beam unit by means of brake sheets with longitudinal corrugations arranged from top and bottom of elliptical section and connected with elliptical-section crane beams by hollow rivets with core. At least four elastic rings of rolled members are arranged in closed space between pair of rail-and-beam structures and pair of longitudinally corrugated brake sheets in each span connecting symmetrical pair of rail-and-beam structures and pair of symmetrical longitudinally corrugated brake sheets.
EFFECT: increased service life of two parallel rail-and-beam structures up to zone of unlimited longevity at reduced metal usage.
