FIELD: building industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing materials used in building industry, in particular, for covering of articles for decorative, utilitarian and household designation, ceramic tiles. Proposed technical solution is based on optimization of the glaze composition wherein the content of MgO, Na2O and TiO2 is increased and dose of CaO is reduced. Glaze comprises the following components, wt.-%: SiO2, 47.0-60.0; Al2O3, 5.0-12.5; B2O3, 7.0-15.0; Fe2O3, 0.1-0.8; CaO, 3.0-5.1; MgO, 4.1-8.0; Na2O, 4.1-8.0; K2O, 3.0-10.0; ZnO, 0.1-10.0; ZrO2, 4.0-15.0, and TiO2, 0.65-3.0. Invention provides absence of crackle and enhancing value of thermal coefficient of linear expansion of glaze.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of glaze.
