FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to use in production of materials for the building industry, particularly for coating articles for decorative, utility and household purposes and ceramic tiles. The glaze contains components in the following amounts, wt %: SiO2 40-56; Al2O3 4-12; B2O3 6-20; Fe2O3 0.1-0.5; CaO 4-15; MgO 2.3-10; BaO 2-12; SrO 0-6; Na2O 4.1-10; K2O 0.1-2.9; Li2O 0-10; ZnO 1-10; ZrO2 4-15; TiO2 0-4. The glaze has flowability of 620-645 kg/mm2.
EFFECT: high whiteness of the coating, no crazing and high flowability of the glaze.
