FIELD: ceramics and electronic engineering.

SUBSTANCE: blend for manufacturing ceramic resistive material and posistors contains, wt %: BaTiO3 68.0-91.0, SrTiO3 8.0-31.0, TiO2 0.1-1.0, SiO2 0.5-5.0, MnSO4 0.05-0.15, YCl3 0.30-1.0. Blend is prepared by mixing and grinding components in aqueous medium in presence of reagents precipitating Mn and Y from aqueous solutions of their salts, dehydrating blend through vacuum filtration, drying, riddling on grid, and preparing molding powder by mixing riddled material with binder, followed by riddle-assisted granulation, molding blanks, and firing them at 1250-1350°C.

EFFECT: improved quality, reproducibility and stability of parameters, and facilitated process.
