FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves determining biological material-to-bone-tissue compatibility properties by cultivating test object placed on the surface of the material under study. Mesenchyma trunk cells are used as the test objects. First, sample cytotoxicity properties are determined from cell viability data. Then, cell surface attachment effectiveness is determined by populating sample surface with cells and washing the surface with culturing medium 120 min later. The number of cells remaining on the sample surface is counted in standard way. Samples influence upon mesenchyma trunk cell proliferation effectiveness is determined from the number of cells cultivated on the cell sample surface at the seventh to fourteenth day and their reference count. Osteogenic differentiation induction is carried out and evaluated from mineralization available and from coloring in response to alkaline phosphotase.

EFFECT: large amount of quantitative and qualitative data obtained; high accuracy of further animal testing expediency prognosis.
