FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to a cellular spheroid for creating bone tissues and tissue engineering structures used for bone defect replacement, and biotransplant for bone tissue regeneration in surgical treatment of destructive, degenerative-dystrophic, traumatic or congenital bone tissue injuries. Cell spheroid is characterized by that it includes multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells induced in the angiogenic direction, placed in a complete growth medium, has a spherical shape, diameter of 50–200 mcm, a smooth surface. Method of producing the biotransplant involves applying said cell spheroid on the surface of a sterile carrier matrix in the form of a biocomposite material and incubating for at least 1 day.
EFFECT: invention provides more effective regeneration of injured tissues.
