FIELD: agriculture; biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fertilizers using California red worms (Esenia foetide) and it can be used both for industrial production of agricultural products and on household plots. Proposed biohumus production plant contains reactor for biothermal composting in form of bin. Support walls of bin are installed on ground. Bin accommodates perforated pipe connected with adjustable flap driven from temperature controller. Bin is trapezium-shaped, viewing from side. At least two opposite support walls of bin are installed with tilting and symmetrically relative to each other at acute angle to ground forming open charging port for substrate in upper part. Outer surfaces of tiled support walls are provided with rigid carrying guides with pans for production of biohumus using Cilifornia red worms of Esenia foetide type are arranged in tiers. Said pans are installed with full displacement of each following pan relative to preceding pan from axis of bin with possibility of horizontal displacement along guides and lifting by handles secured on walls of pans. Bin is provided with inner horizontal needle rippers installed for rotation under action of hand force. Flaps for taking out compost are found on support walls of bin, for instance, on end face walls. Plant is furnished additionally with air heater made in form of trench-type earth furnace whose heat conduit is connected with perforated pipe, and temperature controller is made up of inner and outer heat elements differing in leaner expansion coefficients.
EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of plant, reduced biohumus production cycle at minimum capital outlays for erecting and operating the plant.
