FIELD: chemical industry; methods of method of mixture of the explosive composition components.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of preparation of the explosive compositions, including powders with usage of the continuous action mixers. The invention offers the method of mixture of the components of the explosive composition providing for: batching of batching of the liquid-viscous and powdery components using the separate links by the synchronous streams into the mixer- adapter, in preliminary and vacuum mixers. The liquid-viscous components are batched into the mixer-adapter by the continuous flow having ring-shaped cross-section, which is formed at the inlet of the mixer-adapter by feeding the liquid-viscous components through the annular gap. At that the liquid-viscous components with viscosity of 20...150 Pa·s are fed through the annular gap of 1.5...4.5 mm, and the liquid-viscous components with viscosity of 150...800 Pa·s are fed through the annular gap of 4.5...7.0 mm. The powdery components are batched into the mixer-adapter by their feeding inside the formed flow of the liquid-viscous components. The invention is aimed at prevention of the powdery components dusting at the inlet of the mixer-adapter and elimination of the overshoot of the non-wetted powder at the outlet of the mixer-adapter with the help of the liquid-viscous components in the broad range of variation of the viscosity (from 20 up to 800 Pa·s).

EFFECT: the invention ensures prevention of the powdery components dusting at the inlet of the mixer-adapter and elimination of the overshoot of the non-wetted powder at the outlet of the mixer-adapter in the broad range of variation of the viscosity.
