FIELD: rocket fuels.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises applying adhesive sublayer onto fuel block, drying sublayer, placing and centering fuel block in press mold, heating grained thermoplastic armoring material until fluidity state, and injecting the latter into gap between press mold and fuel block. In such case, armoring material is given up to 30% of process refuse of armoring composition disintegrated to characteristic size of armoring material grains. In particular, to starting armoring material having high fluidity factor, refuse material with lower fluidity factor is added and, vice versa, to starting armoring material having low fluidity factor, refuse material with higher fluidity factor is added.
EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency of process and utilized refuse material.
