FIELD: rocketry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes mechanical and thermal processing, while parts are made of steel with low remaining magnetization, at the beginning parts are subjected to prior thermal processing with hardening at temperature 950±20°C and cooling in industrial oil, then tempering is performed at temperature 650(+20)-(-50)°C in chamber furnace and cooling at air, mechanical processing is performed, subjected to final thermal processing in vacuum furnace, at temperature 1030÷1050°C and cooling with furnace to 100°C and then at air, processed by cold at temperature -50÷-70°C with tempering at temperature 200±20°C in thermal stand.
EFFECT: higher reliability, higher precision.
