FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel feed control devices of diesel engines operating in vehicles. Proposed fuel feed control device contains housing, camshaft and, fuel feed plunger with cutoff edge, delivery valve, overplunger space with filling and outer cutoff channels, filling and return main lines made in housing, metering sleeve, control rack. Filling channel of overplunger space is made in seat of delivery valve. Device is provided also with camshaft speed sensor, electronic unit and actuating mechanism and program unit to set modes of operation of electronic unit. Actuating mechanism is made in form of electromagnet delivery valve whose input is connected with electronic unit. Device is furnished with electromagnetic delivery valve displacement pickup whose output is connected with electronic unit. Program unit is mode setter designed to form correcting speed characteristics of diesel engine whose type is defined by angle of closing of delivery valve which depends on speed of camshaft rotation and found from φc=f(nr) where φc is angle of delivery valve closing; nr is camshaft speed.
EFFECT: improved control of fuel delivery.
