FIELD: milk industry, in particular, production of canned milk foods.
SUBSTANCE: method involves normalizing milk base and pasteurizing normalized milk base; introducing fructose syrup; condensing mixture of pasteurized normalized milk base with fructose syrup; cooling and packaging product. Fructose syrup is mixed with pasteurized normalized milk base in weight ratio of 1:(5-8), respectively. Mixture of pasteurized normalized milk base with fructose syrup is condensed until weight part of dry substances in ready product is 63-68%. Method allows product fit for immediate eating to be produced by determining optimal component ratio. Said product is, in particular, recommended for people suffering diabetes.
EFFECT: improved method for producing of condensed milk product, improved gustatory properties of ready product and prolonged shelf life.
