SUBSTANCE: method envisages milk pasteurisation and sugar syrup preparation. For sugar syrup preparation, apart from sugar, one uses starch molasses for substitution of 20-40% of sugar.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance storage stability of the product and simplify the production method due to homogenisation operation exclusion.
