FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should dissect hemorrhoids in circular direction along anal circumference due to two parallel incisions both in cutaneous and mucous areas. Additionally, one should dissect three skin triangular flaps at the same distance against each other with their bottoms being adjacent to cutaneous edge of circular wound and their tops facing outwards against it. One should suture the main wound in circular direction and additional ones - in radial direction. The technique suggested enables to dissect external hemorrhoids valuably, decrease traumatism degree and shorten the terms for final recovery.
EFFECT: improved cosmetic effect.
