FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should dissect fissures within the limits of healthy tissues along anal semi-circumference in cross-sectional direction as a crescent by removing adjacent external hemorrhoids. One should dissect by dosed technique the internal sphincter in the same direction up to the depth of 0.3-0.5 cm and suture separately the sphincter and cutaneous-mucous wound in cross-sectional direction.
EFFECT: shortened terms of wound healing.
