FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: spoke containing an acute end which is bent at 30 degrees, and caudal part which is bent at 80 degrees, is carried through the medullar channel of the radius bone, not getting in the ulnar joint cavity. The displaced head of the radius bone is fixed with the bent acute end of the spoke. The spoke is turned by 180 degrees behind the "caudal" end and the head of the radius bone is fixed, after its adnation the spoke is removed.
EFFECT: simultaneous and exact reposition and stable osteosynthesis of displaced head of radius bone, decrease of traumatism, exception of postoperative complications, reduction of treatment terms.
