SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices used in traumatology and orthopedics. A guider for rods for intramedullary osteosynthesis of fractures of human short tubular bones consists of a cylindrical two-luminaire tube transferring at one end to a conical shape. One of holes drilled along the axis for the entire length of the cylinder is combined at an output of conical narrowing with another holed drilled from a side surface and having an arc shape for the insertion of the rod into the tubular bone canal.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows for provision of the improvement of results of the treatment of fractures of human short tubular bones due to an increase in stability of fixation of closed osteosynthesis, reduction in complications by use of a mini-invasive technology and insertion of rods outside the joint, and elimination of external immobilization.
