SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical appliances and can be used in operative orthopaedics and traumatology. A device comprises a K-wire fragment and two supporting arms, one of which has a threaded end, and the other - a threaded screw at the bottom. One end of the wire fragment is pointed and calibrated, and the other end is looped and had a diametre of 7-9 mm. A method for using the device implies that an intraosseous canal blind-ended at a depth of 1/5-1/3 a needle lengths is created at a point of a prospective intraosseous stick-in of a surgeon's circle needle inclined 50-70 degrees to a bone surface. Then another intraosseous canal inclined 20-45 degrees is spaced 10-25 mm from the first stick-in and arranged along the line connecting the stuck-in points of the device and a prospective stuck-out of the circle needle so that its middle is an extension of the first intraosseous canal. The similar intraosseous canals are formed in the prospective stuck-out of the circle needle. All intraosseous canals extending in each other are matched with a curvature of the circle needle used in intraosseous suturing.

EFFECT: it results in higher effectiveness of orthopaedic-traumatologic operations accompanied by transosseous suturing.
