FIELD: oil-producing industry; devices for division of gas-liquid mixes.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of oil-producing industry, in particular, to devices for separation of gas-liquid mixes and may be used for separation of products in the systems of gathering and preparation of products of oil wells and also for separation of gases. The separator contains a cylindrical body with the input and output pipes coaxially installed inside the body, a swirler, a dispersant of the liquid stops made in the form of the near-wall spiral plates. The branch-pipe of a mix feeding passes into an expansion chamber with a diffuser and a convergent pipe. The header and the end of an inlet pipe are made conoidal, and the header of the pipe is placed in the convergent pipe of the extension chamber. Between the inlet and outlet pipes there is an intermediate pipe, in a wall of which there are in succession located tangential, longitudinal and ring-type slots. Around of these slots there are stabilizers made in the form of the coaxial pipes. The liquid withdrawal branch-pipes are mounted inside the extension chamber and behind it. The technical result consists in an increased efficiency of separation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased efficiency of separation.
