FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides polymer prepared from cellulose, lignocellulose, or polysaccharide material manifesting superabsorbing behavior, in particular at least 20 g/t, and low free flowing value. Polymers according to invention include sulfated ones. Preparation of polymer and personal hygiene products containing this polymer are also disclosed.
EFFECT: enlarged assortment of effective absorbents and hygienic facilities.
