FIELD: indirect heating of heat-treatment furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: proposed radiation pipe includes recuperative and burner branches; burner branch has passages for delivery of air and separation of gas into primary and secondary air by means of system of coaxial pipes; pipe is also provided with smoke discharge branch pipe which is fitted with damper and is connected with central pipe of burner by means of recirculating bypass. Recirculating bypass is provided with adjusting unit.
EFFECT: reduced emission of Nox at stable burning of flame.
