FIELD: procedure of ecologically pure combustion of gaseous fuel, in particular, problem of production of low-toxic gas burners.
SUBSTANCE: the method for reduction of emission of nituc oxides in gas burners built in a wall of a thermal set and provided with gas and air feed branch pipes consists in partial recirculation to the gas burning device of the discharged combustion products by feeding them directly to the gas flow before its combustion and in a preliminary recuperative preheating of the air fed for burning. The pressure of the gas flow is used as an injecting force for involving the discharged combustion products in the gas fuel. As the temperature of the preliminary recuperative preheating of air for burning rises, the amount of the injected recirculant is increased from 40 to 100 per cent of the volume of gas fuel, and involvement of the discharged combustion products in the gas fuel is effected with the aid of the pipe-line through the opening made in the wall of the thermal set. Besides, emission of nitric oxides in gas burners is maintained within 50 to 60 mg/cu.m.
EFFECT: provided minimum probable concentration of nitric oxides in the combustion products.
