SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with physical analysis of biological materials. One should test urine morphologically due to studying the texture of its liquid-crystalline structure in dynamics in light field and in polarized light. Urinary drop should be applied onto a slide and covered with a cover glass. Due to maintaining constant environmental conditions the preparation should be kept till the appearance of pronounced typical structures on a slide. Preparation should be studied due to testing the whole surface. If one could simultaneously observe single typical crystals of uric acid and small amounts of rounded yellow non-double refracting crystals, double refracting hexagonal or rosette-like small crystals, small skeletal dendrites on a slide one should diagnose no disorders of purine exchange. If one could observe a great number of atypical crystals of uric acid of different forms, double refracting crystals of acicular form, atypical double refracting and non-double refracting crystals simultaneously, and, also, a great number of cholesterol crystals either in combination or separately and large skeletal dendrites one should diagnose the presence of purine exchange disorder.

EFFECT: higher sensitivity and accuracy of diagnostics.
